Orders received will normally be acknowledged by email. Goods held in stock will normally be despatched within 14 days of processing your payment. The delivery schedule for items made to order is explained on the relevant webpage. The purchaser will be advised of any anticipated delay in despatch of the goods ordered. Goods will usually need to be signed for on receipt. For some items we offer delivery within a specified time frame; exceptional circumstances may mean that we are not always able to achieve the so the guarantee will not always apply.
