Orders received will normally be acknowledged by email. Goods will normally be despatched within 14 days of processing your payment. The purchaser will be advised of any anticipated delay in despatch of the goods ordered. Goods will usually need to be signed for on receipt.

Goods are appropriately described and priced (including any delivery charges) on the relevant page(s) on our website. FYCB Limited is not registered for Value Added Tax, and therefore we do not charge VAT. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any query.

The above regulations provide purchasers, under certain circumstances, with the option to cancel an order within seven days. If you wish to cancel your order before receipt of goods, please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt of goods, then you are responsible for the costs of returning said goods, and remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us, and should ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on receipt.
